Everyone’s journey is unique, and I approach each client with respect, empathy, and a deep commitment to honoring their individual experience.

I also believe in the power of collaboration — that healing is most effective when we work together. My approach is all about helping you feel more confident, capable, and connected. Through primarily TF-CBT and DBT strategies, we’ll work on building the skills to manage emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop healthy ways of coping. We’ll also explore strategies to help you feel more empowered in your relationships, in school or work, and in how you view yourself.
