ABOUT MY APPROACH

Creating a safe and non-judgmental space is at the heart of my work. I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you as you work through tough emotions. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, past trauma, family challenges, or everyday stress, I want you to feel that this is a space where you can explore those feelings without fear of judgment. Everyone’s journey is unique, and I approach each client with respect, empathy, and a deep commitment to honoring their individual experience.

I also believe in the power of collaboration — that healing is most effective when we work together. My approach is all about helping you feel more confident, capable, and connected. Through primarily TF-CBT and DBT strategies, we’ll work on building the skills to manage emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop healthy ways of coping. We’ll also explore strategies to help you feel more empowered in your relationships, in school or work, and in how you view yourself.

I work with clients from all backgrounds and identities, and I’m committed to making sure that everyone, regardless of who they are, feels respected and accepted. No matter your story or where you’re starting from, I’ll help you discover your own inner strength and resilience. Healing is about reclaiming your power, and my role is to support you as you move through that process.
