@2025 BY KULA WELLNESS GROUP
A 12-week trauma-informed group for men who want to better understand their emotions, build self-trust, and feel more in control of their internal world.
If you’ve learned to push through, shut down, or stay in control — but underneath feel stressed, disconnected, or overwhelmed — you’re not alone.
Many men were never taught how to understand or work with their emotions. This group is a space to build those skills in a way that feels practical, grounded, and actually usable in real life.

Trauma-Informed & Mind-Body Aware • Small, Intentional Group Setting • Led By a Psychotherapist • Designed for Real-Life Coping
This is a structured, therapist-led group designed to help men build emotional awareness, regulation skills, and nervous system stability.
You’ll learn how to recognize what’s happening in your body, understand your emotions, and respond in ways that feel aligned — instead of reactive or disconnected.
"Finally — a space that gets the part no one else sees."
Unlike peer-led support groups, this is a therapist-led, structured group experience that combines emotional support with practical tools for learning how to navigate emotions with more support, clarity, and control.
This isn’t just about talking about what’s hard — it’s about learning how to navigate emotions with more clarity, support, and control.
Structured, but flexible enough to meet you where you are. Over 12 weeks, we move through themes that help you better understand your emotions and respond to them with more awareness and control.
WHO THIS GROUP IS FOR
This group is designed for men in Georgia who are looking to better understand their emotions, manage stress and overwhelm, and feel more in control of how they respond in everyday life.
This group may be a good fit if you:
Men who feel disconnected from their emotions
Men who struggle with stress, anger, anxiety, or shutting down
Men who want more control over their reactions
Men who are ready to better understand themselves
Men who want practical tools, not just talking
WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Over the course of the group, you’ll begin to:
Many participants find that this becomes a space where they can exhale, feel understood, and stop carrying it all alone.
As a result, stress, anger, anxiety, or shutdown can build up — often showing up in ways that feel confusing, overwhelming, or hard to control.
So that life feels more manageable, less overwhelming and less isolating.
