A therapist-led virtual emotional wellness group for adults in Georgia — helping you better understand your emotions, regulate overwhelm, and feel more grounded and in control of your daily life.
You might be holding a lot together on the outside — but inside, things feel overwhelming, unclear, or hard to manage.
This 12-week structured group offers a therapist-guided space to build emotional awareness, develop regulation skills, and feel more steady in your day-to-day life.
Using a trauma-informed, “bottom-up” approach, you’ll move beyond just talking about your emotions to actually naming, feeling, and working with them in real time.

Trauma-Informed & Nervous System Aware • Small, Intentional Group Setting • Led By a Psychotherapist • Designed for Real-Life Integration
Unlike peer-led support groups, this is a therapist-led, structured group experience that integrates clinical guidance, somatic work, and nervous system-based tools. This group follows a structured 12-week progression — each session builds on the last to support meaningful, lasting change.
This isn’t just about expressing emotions — it’s about learning how to understand and work with them in a more supported, intentional way.

Yes — this group allows you to learn in real time with others, feel less alone, and practice emotional awareness in a relational setting.
We don't accept insurance directly for group therapy. We may be able to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement, and we're happy to talk through financial options during your consultation.

This group is especially helpful if you want both structure and guidance — a space where you can better understand your emotions, learn how to regulate them, and feel less alone in the process.
You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear starting point. Just a sense that something isn’t working — and a willingness to explore it — is enough. A consultation can help you decide if this feels like the right fit.
Because this is a closed group, we don't add new participants once it begins. This protects the safety and continuity of everyone in the room.
Schedule a consultation. We'll take time to understand where you are and help you determine whether this group is the right fit.
