A 12-week experiential group for adults ready to move beyond insight alone — using the Enneagram as a relational, somatic, and trauma-informed framework for deeper self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.
See If This Group Is the Right Fit
Trauma-Informed & Mind-Body Aware • Small, Intentional Group Setting • Led By a Psychotherapist • Designed for Real-Life Coping
This is not about labeling yourself or memorizing personality traits.
Enneagram in Community uses the Enneagram as a tool for understanding the deeper fears, protective patterns, wounds, and coping strategies that shape how we move through relationships and life.
Through group discussion, experiential exercises, somatic practices, and guided reflection, participants begin to notice these patterns in real time — creating opportunities for deeper self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and lasting change.
This group focuses on helping participants actually experience and work with those patterns in real time — within the safety of community and guided therapeutic support.
This is not about “fixing” your personality. Your patterns are not problems — they are information.

This group is designed for adults who are ready for deeper self-exploration and want support moving beyond insight alone.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Over the course of the group, you’ll begin to:
Many participants find that group becomes a place where they feel both deeply seen and gently challenged toward growth.
This group offers a space to slow down, notice those patterns with compassion, and begin practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Many protective patterns were developed for survival, safety, or belonging — which means they often live not only in the mind, but in the nervous system and body as well.
