Join a Truly Holistic Mind‑Body Practice
Kula Wellness Group isn’t just another therapy practice–it’s an integrative wellness community uniquely dedicated to nurturing both mental and physical well‑being. Co‑founded by fitness and counseling professionals, Kula blends psychotherapy, bodywork, breathwork, mindfulness, and more into a unified offering that fosters transformative healing. If you’re passionate about moving beyond a narrow clinical role and using multiple modalities to empower clients, Kula offers a rare opportunity to do just that.
Rooted in Connection, Compassion & Community
“Kula” means “tribe” or “community” in Sanskrit, and this concept is central to what Kula Wellness Group represents. Here, therapists and wellness professionals come together in a tight-knit, diverse community that celebrates each individual’s identity, voice, and unique strengths. Team members collaborate, learn from one another, and co‑create offerings such as grief groups and couples workshops to mind‑body events that foster both holistic healing and genuine human connection. Whether you bring EMDR expertise, body‑based therapy, relational trauma work, somatic training (or want to expand in new areas!) you’ll find encouragement, support, and resources to grow your clinical skills and impact.

At Kula Wellness Group, we understand that past experience shape how we think, feel, and interact with the world. That’s why our therapists approach every client with Trauma-Informed Care.
Trauma-informed care is not a specific therapy technique, it’s a framework that guides how we support you in therapy. It means we recognize that trauma can impact your emotional, physical, and mental well-being, and we create a safe, respectful space where healing can happen.
When experiencing trauma-informed care, you can expect your therapeutic relationship to include: safety, choice, space for trust, empowerment, respect, and humility.
Many people begin the therapy process never realizing that trauma may be part of what they’re experiencing; whether it’s from childhood, relationships, identity-based harm, systemic oppression, or a specific event. A trauma-informed therapist doesn’t need to diagnose you, we instead focus on understanding how your experiences affect you now, and we work with care and sensitivity as we acknowledge how the past has played a part in your story.
At Kula Wellness Group, we strive to meet you where you are with compassion, witnessing, and respect.
