With Lillie, you can expect a supportive and empowering space where healing begins from within. She helps individuals and couples move through trauma, anxiety, depression, and the pressures of daily life by fostering self-love and resilience. Her approach draws from evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, EFT, and IFS, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
For couples, Lillie provides tools to improve communication and resolve conflict with compassion. For individuals, she offers both accountability and refuge; holding space for growth while encouraging clients to see themselves with grace. In every session, her goal is to help clients align with the best version of themselves and find strength in their healing journey.
I help my clients draw strength from within to heal from and grow beyond the obstacles they’ve faced in life. I believe as humans, we often show grace to others before we show grace to ourselves. My role in the therapeutic journey is to empower clients to develop a positive and healthy view of themselves, to show them ways to maintain that self-love while navigating life’s triumphs and hardships.
My clients are individuals and couples seeking relief from trauma, anxiety, depression or the impact of daily life in their relationships with others (romantic, platonic, professional, academic, etc.). My couples struggle to communicate or can’t stop arguing no matter how hard they try. My clients are looking for mental and emotional relief, growth, understanding, and a more intentional way to overcome challenges. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, pulling from many evidence-based modalities (person-centered, cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, EFT, IFS, etc.) to fully support each client’s unique healing journey.
My clients expect therapy sessions to offer safety and acceptance as they work towards healing (and trust me, there is work involved!). Sessions also offer refuge from the challenge of balancing daily life while healing from trauma. My therapeutic style allows me to be my client’s mirror, to hold them accountable for their stated goals and expectations in a way that promotes self-love even when they don’t feel like they’re “winning” in life. Accountability is how we measure our walk through life, not comparing ourselves to others who may not have our story or circumstance, but comparing ourselves to the best version of us we desire to be.
