COPING WITH CHRONIC ILLNESS

MIND-BODY TOOLS FOR COPING WITH CHRONIC ILLNESS

Living with chronic illness can place ongoing demands on the body, nervous system, and emotional well-being. This mind–body workshop is designed to offer practical, accessible coping tools that support regulation, resilience, and self-attunement while living with persistent health conditions.

Participants will learn gentle somatic and nervous system–informed practices to help reduce stress, manage flare-ups, and increase a sense of safety and agency in the body. The workshop will focus on tools that can be adapted for varying energy levels, pain thresholds, and mobility needs.

This space is educational, supportive, and paced with care—no prior experience with somatic work is required.
