Strong & Steady: An Emotional Reset Session for Men is a free 30-minute virtual workshop designed to help men better understand and navigate the internal pressures they carry. In a direct and practical format, participants will learn how stress and emotions impact the mind and body, and why emotional awareness is a critical part of resilience, clarity, and long-term wellbeing.
Facilitated by Asher Burk, NCC, this session offers straightforward tools to help men identify what they’re feeling, regulate overwhelm, and remain steady during challenging moments. The workshop focuses on real-world application, giving participants language and skills they can immediately use in their work, relationships, and daily lives.

Asher Burk, NCC, is a psychotherapist at Kula Wellness Group with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, stress, grief, and life transitions. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Agnes Scott College and takes a grounded, practical approach to helping people build emotional clarity, resilience, and a stronger connection to themselves.
