A trauma-informed introduction to the Enneagram that helps you move beyond personality labels and into real self-awareness, relationship insight, and lasting growth.
A recording will be sent to all registrants.
Clinician-led • Trauma-informed • Mind-body approach • No experience needed • Recording included
Many people spend years trying to understand themselves—reading books, taking personality assessments, and gaining insight—yet still find themselves repeating the same patterns in relationships, work, and everyday life.
This workshop offers a different approach.
Through a trauma-informed, experiential introduction to the Enneagram, you’ll explore the deeper motivations, fears, and patterns that shape how you think, feel, connect, and respond to stress. Rather than simply learning about the nine Enneagram types, you’ll be invited to notice how these patterns show up in your own life in real time.
You’ll leave with greater self-awareness, a practical somatic tool you can use immediately, and a clearer understanding of whether the Enneagram in Community 12-week group may be the right next step in your growth journey.
WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR
This workshop is for you if anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm feel like a constant background noise — and you’re ready to learn how to work with your nervous system, not against it.
This workshop may be a good fit if you:
Feel like you understand yourself intellectually but continue repeating familiar patterns
Have explored personality assessments but want a deeper experience of self-discovery
Are curious about the Enneagram and want a trauma-informed introduction
Value personal growth, emotional awareness, and meaningful connection
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Simple, practical tools you can begin using immediately — no prior experience needed.
WHAT MAKES THIS WORKSHOP DIFFERENT
Experience Before Education
Most Enneagram workshops focus on information. This workshop focuses on awareness. Rather than simply learning concepts, you'll be invited to notice how those concepts show up in your own thoughts, emotions, and body in real time.
Trauma-Informed from the Ground Up
Participation is always by invitation, never pressure. Internal safety comes before depth, allowing you to engage at your own pace while remaining connected to yourself.
A Preview of the Full Journey
This workshop offers a meaningful introduction to our upcoming 12-week Enneagram in Community Group. You'll experience the difference between learning about yourself and exploring growth within a supportive community./p>

That's completely normal. Many people come in feeling unsure — this space is designed to be welcoming, low-pressure, and supportive from the moment you join. You never have to share, speak, or be on camera if you don't want to.
This workshop is trauma-informed and designed to be gentle and accessible. However, it is not a substitute for individual therapy. If you are currently navigating intense or acute trauma, individual support may be more appropriate — and we're happy to help guide you toward the right fit.
No. This is a psychoeducational workshop — educational and experiential, not clinical therapy. It's a wonderful complement to individual or group therapy, but it does not replace it. If you're interested in working with a Kula therapist, we'd love to connect with you after the workshop.
We'd love to support you further! You can book a free 15-minute consultation, explore our group therapy options, or reach out via our contact page to find the best fit for you.
