Speaking + Keynotes
Engaging presentations for conferences, schools, organizations, professional communities, and community events.
Mental health education doesn't have to stay inside the therapy room.
Kula Wellness Group is available for speaking engagements, workshops, panels, podcasts, interviews, community events, organizational education, and custom learning experiences.
Kula brings together professionals with different areas of expertise, allowing us to thoughtfully match the right voice, perspective, and experience to the audience and conversation.
Schools, workplaces, podcasts, parent communities, conferences, professional organizations, and community gatherings all create opportunities to make complex ideas more understandable.
At Kula, we want to help bring thoughtful conversations about mental health, nervous systems, relationships, trauma, parenting, wellness, and human behavior into the places where people are already learning, working, connecting, and living.
We can collaborate around the format, audience, and goals that make the most sense for your opportunity.

Have a particular need, audience, or issue in mind? We can explore creating an experience around what your people actually need.
Kula Wellness Group brings together professionals with different backgrounds, perspectives, specialties, and areas of expertise.
Rather than expecting one person to speak about everything, we want to thoughtfully connect each opportunity with the Kula professional whose experience and perspective best fit the audience and topic.
Depending on the opportunity, a conversation may be led by a therapist, clinician educator, coach, wellness professional, or another appropriate member of the Kula team.
Areas represented across our work may include trauma-informed care, nervous-system regulation, children and families, parenting, relationships, women's mental health, neurodivergence, executive functioning, clinician development, burnout, wellness, and human behavior.
As this part of Kula grows, so will the conversations, perspectives, and educational experiences we're able to offer.
Parent education, educator wellness, nervous-system awareness, child and adolescent mental health, trauma-informed environments, transitions, and emotional development.
Burnout, regulation, workplace well-being, boundaries, sustainable performance, leadership, stress, and understanding human behavior.
Mental health education, clinician development, professional identity, trauma-informed care, nervous-system concepts, and helping-professional wellness.
Emotional regulation, family transitions, caregiver capacity, parenting, attachment, behavior, communication, and connection.
Accessible mental health education, prevention, trauma awareness, wellness, relationships, parenting, and community conversations.
Expert conversations, interviews, guest appearances, educational discussions, and thoughtful perspectives on mental health and wellness.
These are examples — not a fixed speaker menu. Topics can be shaped around the audience and goals of the opportunity.
Understanding stress, activation, capacity, regulation, and what happens in the body when life becomes overwhelming.
Bringing trauma-informed thinking into schools, workplaces, parenting, leadership, and community spaces.
Capacity, boundaries, recovery, stress, and why simply pushing harder isn't always the answer.
Making anxiety, depression, stress, grief, emotional health, and help-seeking easier to understand.
Children's behavior, caregiver regulation, attachment, transitions, communication, and connection.
Motherhood, transitions, expectations, identity, burnout, relationships, reproductive experiences, and reconnecting with self.
Attention, motivation, planning, overwhelm, task initiation, and why “just try harder” often doesn't work.
Burnout, secondary stress, boundaries, nervous-system capacity, sustainability, and the emotional reality of caring for others.
Sometimes the most useful opportunity starts with:
“Here's what our community is struggling with.
Can you help us talk about it?”
That's enough to begin.
A good presentation isn't just something people hear. It should help them understand something differently and give them something meaningful to carry forward.
Translate research, clinical ideas, mental health language, and human behavior into concepts people can actually understand.
Help people recognize how the topic connects to their families, work, relationships, communities, experiences, and everyday lives.
Whenever appropriate, participants leave with language, frameworks, questions, tools, or practices they can continue using after the conversation ends.
You may know exactly what you're looking for. Or you may simply know that your team, school, organization, audience, or community needs a conversation around something important.
That's enough to start.
Tell us about who you're trying to reach, what's happening in the community or organization, and what you hope people walk away understanding, discussing, or doing differently.
From there, we can explore:
• The right topic
• The right format
• The appropriate Kula professional
• Length and level of interaction
• Whether existing material can be adapted
• Whether a custom experience makes more sense
Sometimes the audience should shape the presentation — not the other way around.
It depends on the topic, audience, format, and availability. When reviewing an inquiry, we'll consider which Kula professional's background, expertise, and perspective are the best fit for the opportunity. Some experiences may also involve more than one member of the Kula team.
Some topics can be adapted from existing areas of expertise, while other engagements may be developed around a particular audience or organizational need.
Yes. Tell us about your audience, goals, available time, and what you'd most like people to understand or experience. From there, we can determine whether a custom offering makes sense.
Yes. We welcome podcast and interview inquiries. Share your show, intended audience, proposed topic, format, and timing so we can determine the right fit.
We welcome relevant media and educational inquiries. Availability will depend on topic, timing, and whether an appropriate Kula professional is available for the request.
Continuing education credit should never be assumed unless a particular program specifically states that CE credit is available. Some clinician-focused educational programming may be offered separately through Kula's continuing education work.
Fees vary based on the type of engagement, preparation required, length, format, audience, travel, and whether custom content is being created. Scope and pricing are discussed after we learn more about the opportunity.
Whether you're planning a conference, parent night, employee event, podcast episode, community gathering, workshop, panel, interview, or something we haven't thought of yet, tell us what you're imagining.
You don't need to have every detail figured out. Give us enough context to understand your audience, goals, and what you're considering.
